Each Heatlie BBQ has 2 Mild Steel Ribbon burners from right to left that ensure the plate receives more even heat output. This results in less cold spots than conventional cast-iron rail buners. The combination of Mild Steel Plate and Ribbon burners require much much less energy than normally required. Almost 40% Less than a 4 Burner BBQ.
This 1150 Heatlie Mobile BBQs come with a Mild Steel 5mm Plate with a cooking area of 1150mm x 520mm.

700, 850 and 1150 ( denoting the length of the flatplate) Plate Thickness:
5mm = Most Residential usage.
10mm = all commercial use.
20mm = Teppanyaki Style cooking uses.
You can cook pretty much anything on these Solid Flatplate bbqs including: pizza, seafood, fried rice, corn fritters, pancakes plus all the usual types of meat.
Heatlie's are the easiest to clean and maintain - Simply allow all fats to drain away into the fat catcher, Then Scrape off excess food after use into the front valley, apply a coating of vegetable oil which will prevent rust and contianue the seasoning process till the nest use.
