Weber Stainless Steel Roasting Trivett - This accessory allows air to convect all around & under the roast for more even cooking. It also minimizes scorching on the base of the roast.
To ensure the bottom of the roast is not scorched by the hot bars, place a sheet of foil to act as a double heat shield. This lays on the cooking grill directly below the trivett.
This Weber Roasting Trivett is made to suit the Q200 or Q220 bbqs. Will not suit the Q100 series.
Tip: Always pre-heat your bbq for 10 mins when roasting. There's aslo no need to turn the meat when roasting, so try not to open the lid unnecessarily. Tip: Try the Weber Digital Thermometer to guage the internal temperature of the roast to reach level of doneness.
